Issue: The Auto-Tag tool is applying tags incorrectly or failing to find errors.
- Solution: The quality of automated tagging depends heavily on the clarity of your instructions. Vague commands like “Tag the mistakes” are too ambiguous for the AI. A good command specifies three things: 1. What to find (e.g., “incorrect capitalization”), 2. Where to look (e.g., “in the Error Text”), and 3. Which tag to use (e.g., “apply the ‘Capitalization Error’ tag”). Always review the AI’s “Auto-Tagging Plan” before executing the command to ensure it has understood your intent correctly.
Issue: The text view is too cluttered with annotations, and I can’t see the patterns clearly.
- Solution: Use the filtering mode in the Noteboard panel. By clicking the compass icon next to “Project Tags,” you can activate visibility toggles for each tag. This allows you to hide or show specific categories of annotations, reducing visual clutter and helping you focus on one error type at a time.
