Issue: The application will not install or behaves unpredictably.
- Solution: Confirm that your system meets the minimum requirements. The application requires Windows 10 or newer, macOS 10.14 or newer, or a mainstream Linux distribution. You must also use a modern web browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, as older browsers like Internet Explorer are not supported.
Issue: The manual installation (from source code) fails.
- Solution: For a manual installation, your system must have Python 3.8 or newer. Before running the application, ensure you have created and activated the virtual environment (your terminal prompt should start with
(venv)) and installed all required libraries by runningpip install -r requirements.txtin the project folder.
Issue: The application was working, but now the browser page is blank or won’t connect.
- Solution: The application runs from a local server that is launched in a terminal or command prompt window. If you close that window, the server stops. To fix this, simply restart the application from the desktop shortcut or by running
python main.pyagain.
